vegan chocolate cake


you have no idea. it is so good.

ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil (canola)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • frosting!
instructions:
  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. sift together dry ingredients; combine with wet ingredients
  3. bake as 12 cupcakes or 1 - 8" round cake pan
  4. cupcakes bake for ~17-18minutes; cakes cook for ~25-30 minutes
  5. cool and frost
