ingredients:
- 2 pints of halved strawberries
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
instructions:
- put the strawberries on a cookie sheet, and freeze till solid.
- blend the berries till coursely chopped. use either a food processor or blender for this, a food processor works best.
- add sugar, and lemon juice.
- blend about 10 sec.
- with the machine running, add cream.
- after cream is added, make sure everything is being blended together and blend
- 5 sec. more.
- serve immediately..
- if it's too soft, put it in the freezer and check the consistancy occasionally till it's right.
