ingredients:
- 1 large can whole italian style tomatoes
- 1/4 olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- at least one clove of garlic
- 1/4-1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- about 1/4 tsp baking soda
instructions:
- sautee onion, pepper, garlic in olive oil.
- add tomato add sugar, salt, and baking soda.
- if there's too much sugar, then add some balsamic vinegar.
- let simmer for about 15 minutes.
